IIIBS-4G-Instructions for use:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, dry and ventilated.
Before using the instrument, all control switches should be in a non working state, and the speed control knob should be placed in the smallest position.
3. When filling the culture test bottles, in order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during oscillation and avoid generating large vibrations, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If the culture medium is insufficient, the test bottle can be placed symmetrically.
4. Connect the external power supply, place the power switch in the "on" position, and the indicator light will turn on.
5. Choose cultivation temperature: Please refer to the user manual.
6. Turn on the "oscillation switch" and the indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed.
Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the service life of the instrument.
7. Before each shutdown, all control switches should be in a non working state and the power should be cut off.
8. Precautions:
A: Two sets of incubators with oscillators controlled by their respective "oscillation switches" and "speed control knobs".
B: Not suitable for the cultivation of items containing volatile chemical solvents, low concentration explosive gases, low ignition point gases, and toxic substances.

4BS-4G-Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
After the refrigeration system stops working, clean the working chamber and glass observation window with a soft cloth.
During continuous operation, the instrument should undergo regular inspections every three months; Check for water droplets, dirt, etc. falling onto the motor and exposed refrigeration components; Clean the dust and dirt on the compressor and condenser; Check the fuse, control components, and fastening screws.
3. The bearings of the oscillator transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
4. Natural wear and tear of the instrument after long-term use is a normal phenomenon. After one year of use, if abnormal noise is found in the motor and compressor, abnormal transmission mechanism bearings wear in the refrigeration and heating systems, and electronic control components fail We will continue to provide high-quality services and assist in handling any malfunctions.
