PLC、 After receiving the flow signal from the flowmeter, the touch screen or quantitative controller accumulates the flow rate internally and sets the required quantitative control value in the PLC programming software or controller. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative control value, the PLC touch screen or quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this point, the switch signal is used to control the flow interruption equipment installed on the pipeline by connecting a relay or contactor, thereby achieving quantitative control.

1) Process control flow:

1. Set the total amount of tank A, water percentage, and concentration percentage, and automatically calculate the amount of water and concentration to be dispensed

2. Set the total amount of tank B, water percentage, and concentration percentage, and automatically calculate the amount of water and concentration to be dispensed

3. Set the material issuance time (1-9999 seconds) to 600 seconds, and apply it simultaneously to AB (ensuring that different proportions of raw materials are issued in about the same time). Automatically calculate the instantaneous flow rate data and transmit it to PID regulation

4. Feed the amount of water and concentrated material into the quantitative control data, and automatically stop the pump and close the solenoid valve when the amount is reached

5. When the emergency stop ammonium button is turned on, press the start button on the screen to run the equipment

6. When either water or concentrate falls below the lower limit of the liquid level, it cannot operate and an alarm signal is output (advanced relay alarm and signal output to PLC)

7. When tank A is below the lower limit, start the pump and open the solenoid valve. When tank B is below the lower limit, start the pump and open the solenoid valve (cannot work simultaneously and replenish separately)

8. When the lower limit alarm of tank A is triggered, the total ratio data of material A is used, and when the lower limit alarm of tank B is triggered, the total ratio data of material B is used

9. When there is a sudden power outage or pressing the stop button, data is saved. After power is turned on, it is in a paused state. Pressing the start button can continue (stopping the pump and closing the valve in case of power outage)

10. Stop the pump and close the valve (pause state) when the feeding is interrupted halfway (water or concentrated liquid lower limit alarm), keep the material issuance record, and then use * * minutes as the detection cycle (time can be set). If the water and concentrated liquid levels exceed the lower limit, the equipment will automatically start (open the pump and valve) to continue running

1. Flow meter installation (see instructions for details): At least ensure that the front and rear straight pipes of the flow meter are 10D and 5D (D is the pipe diameter), and the longer the better. If there are pumps and regulating valves in front, try to increase the length of the front straight pipe as much as possible, stay away from them, and there should be no strong electric, strong magnetic, or variable frequency interference near the installation point. The installation point pipeline must be full pipe flow, and when the installation pipeline is vertically oriented, the fluid flow direction must be from bottom to top.

2. Electromagnetic valve: It should be installed behind the flow meter and at a distance of at least 40D (D is the diameter of the pipeline) from the flow meter to avoid vibration and electromagnetic field caused by the electromagnetic valve before and after operation, which may affect the measurement accuracy of the flow meter. In addition, the installation point of the electromagnetic valve should be as close as possible to the flow outlet.

3. When controlling a pump, attention should be paid to the working power supply. High power pumps need to be equipped with a frequency converter to reduce voltage and start
