Double Stirring Scraper Reactor 1、 Main purpose and structural characteristics This equipment is a general equipment for industries such as food, medicine, and chemical, mainly used for mixing and reacting solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, especially high viscosity materials. The equipment mixing system has a coaxial output, with two sets of mixing rotating in both forward and reverse directions. Due to its unique blade design, especially in conditions with high material viscosity, the mixing and reaction of materials are not sufficient, and the problems of material holding the shaft and sticking to the wall are easily solved. Coaxial output mechanism, one group is driven by an outer hollow shaft to stir the outer scraper plate, and the other group is driven by an inner solid shaft to stir the middle group of slurry.
