1. A specialized model for checking the torque value of door closers through a torque testing system and assembly mechanism.
2. By setting parameters and inspection times for application time, the torque values output by the door closer in both forward and reverse rotation states can be detected, in order to adjust its correct torque range and maintain the quality stability of the door closer when it leaves the factory.
3. Cycle processing time: 20-40 seconds (depending on the number of inspections)/2 pieces.
