1、 Design and functional requirements for each system

The feeding port is welded to the main slot body, and its material and thickness are the same as those of the main slot body. Structure: The sewage well system is composed of trough type pipes joined together, with each pipe connected in a plug-in manner. At each floor, the main trough is fixed to the platform or structure with zinc iron brackets and bolts. The inner side of the main groove body pipeline is polished smooth, and there will be no foreign objects set inside the pipe to avoid unnecessary damage, obstruction or attachment to the pipe wall when the cloth slips off. Install sprinkler heads at the top and bottom discharge ports of the channel, and install vertical pipes with a lifespan of no less than 30 years

The throwing door is a side opening type for easy manual operation, with a 90 ° positioning function, equipped with a handle that can automatically close, and comes with a key. The throwing door complies with China's fire prevention regulations and standards, and has a fire resistance rating of no less than 1.5 hours. The throwing door is designed with buttons or card swiping doors, and has status indicator lights. The surface and edges of the throwing door should be smooth, without any sharp objects or obstacles that may cause damage to clothing inside the main groove tube.
3. The inspection door is located on the first floor above the laundry compartment. Material: 5mm 304 stainless steel plate, size: 500mm * 500mm. The inspection door is equipped with a mechanical lock with a key. The inspection door complies with China's fire prevention regulations and standards and has a fire resistance rating of not less than 1.5 hours. The inspection door can be used to repair the top fire sprinkler and smoke detector. 4. The discharge device is composed of a top discharge cylinder with recoil and an automatic fireproof discharge door. The top steel plate of the discharge cylinder is made of at least 3mm thick stainless steel plate, and the outlet cross-sectional area must be larger than the main groove pipe mouth. The discharge door participates in the linkage of the sewage tank electrical control box, and maintains the door open state without manual closing. In case of a fire alarm, the fire door automatically closes the exit.

7. The electronic control system is based on operational safety requirements and adopts a modular system (designed in a general electrical component assembly mode). The system has interlocking function and fire linkage function. (1) Set up a main control box in the dirty clothes separation room in the basement, using a LCD display control module to display the system's usage status. When the staff are collecting clothes in a centralized manner, the discharge door can be manually closed to prevent the cloth from slipping out and injuring the staff. (2) The interlock function can only use one throwing door at a time, which means that once one throwing door is opened, the throwing doors on other floors cannot be opened. (3) The fire linkage function control box should be linked with the fire control center. In case of a fire alarm, the entire sewage tank system will be closed, the fire damper will automatically close, and the discharge door will automatically close. If there is an unclosed feeding door, an alarm will be triggered. (4) The main control box complies with the IP65 structural specification and has an internationally recognized IP65 label (5). The throwing door electrical device uses a key electric plug-in lock for the throwing door, which can be unlocked when powered on and meets energy-saving requirements. Use an indicator light above the throwing door to display the current status of the system. When the red light is on, the throwing door cannot be used. The door opening method can be selected by pressing a button or swiping a card to open the door.
(6) The energy-saving electronic control system meets energy-saving requirements. The electric lock is powered on and does not consume electricity when not in use. The unlocking is ≤ 3W.
