Main component functions and working principles
(1) Water jet injector: A water jet injector is a type of air extraction component designed based on the principle of jet flow. When power water passes through the water jet injector, negative pressure is generated inside, and external gas is sucked into the water jet injector under the pressure difference, thereby achieving suction. The inhaled CLO2 gas is mixed with some to form disinfectant, and the water jet is also used for absorption in the raw material tank.
(2) Metering pump: conveying raw materials and regulating flow rate.
(3) Reflector aeration port [air inlet]: an air channel for equipment operation. During installation, it can be connected to a pipeline and open to the outside, while maintaining communication with the atmosphere.
(4) Electric contact pressure gauge: An electric contact pressure gauge is one of the devices that protect the safe operation of equipment. Its working principle is that when the water pressure at the front end of the water injector is lower than the set value, the gauge controls the metering pump to stop feeding.
(5) Raw material level sensor: The raw material level sensor is also one of the devices that protect the safe operation of equipment. It is installed at the bottom of two raw material tanks. When any one of the raw materials is used up, the metering pump will stop feeding.
(6) Temperature controller: The temperature controller is the heating control mechanism of the system, which ensures a better chemical reaction temperature between sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid.
(7) Controller: The controller is the control core of the chlorine dioxide generator, which completes the entire automatic control of the system.

There is a drainage outlet at the bottom of the equipment host, which can be cleaned and drained. During cleaning, when the water injector is in normal working condition, open the reaction chamber vent valve, close the reaction chamber air inlet valve, and open the reaction chamber backwash valve. It takes about half an hour, then close the reaction chamber vent valve, close the reaction chamber backwash valve, open the reaction chamber air inlet valve, and close the raw water inlet valve.
Attention: Normally, it should be cleaned once a month.
