Direct cooled milk storage tank is a specialized tank used for transporting fresh milk and liquid food. Mainly used for cooling and storing fresh milk in milk or milk collection stations. It can also be used for cooling and storage of other liquids in industries such as dairy products, beverages, and pharmaceuticals.
2、 Characteristics of Direct Cooling Milk Storage Tanks
1. Structure: Vertical direct cooling milk storage tank, horizontal direct cooling milk storage tank
2. All tanks are made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel
3. Equipped with a pressurized automatic rotating CIP cleaning head and automatic stirring device.
4. The tank wall adopts advanced honeycomb Miller plate evaporator for heat exchange and cooling with milk.
5. The refrigeration compressor adopts imported "Taikang" or "Meiyoule" fully enclosed compressor units.
6. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam, which has good insulation performance
