Product features:

The principle of the Wester ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly to convert the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through a transducer, and radiate the ultrasonic waves into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. Due to the radiation of ultrasonic waves, microbubbles in the liquid inside the tank can maintain vibration under the action of sound waves. Disrupting the adsorption of dirt and cleaning surfaces, causing fatigue damage to the dirt layer and detachment, and the vibration of gas bubbles scrubbing the solid surface.

Using ultrasonic cleaning, there are generally two types of cleaning agents: chemical cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents. The cleaning medium is a chemical process, while ultrasonic cleaning is a physical process. The combination of these two processes is used to thoroughly and thoroughly clean objects.


Power density:

The higher the power density of ultrasound, the stronger the cavitation effect, the faster the speed, and the better the cleaning effect. However, for precision and highly polished objects, prolonged high-power density cleaning can cause "cavitation" corrosion on the surface of the object.

Frequency:

The lower the ultrasonic frequency, the easier it is to generate cavitation in the liquid and the stronger the effect. High frequency results in strong directionality of ultrasonic waves, making them suitable for fine object cleaning.

Generally speaking, ultrasound has the best spatial-temporal effect at 30 ℃~40 ℃. The higher the temperature, the more significant the effect of the cleaning agent.
