In severe cases, it can cause the equipment to malfunction and even lead to accidents. Therefore, regular cleaning work must be carried out. Cleaning is the simplest, basic, but important maintenance measure taken for the dirty, messy, and poor appearance, interior, and surrounding environment of the opening and closing machine.
2. Tightening: Although corresponding anti loosening measures have been taken in the design and installation of the fastening connection of the hoist, it may still loosen during operation due to force vibration and other reasons. The impact of loose fasteners is related to their own function. Loose bolts such as steel wire rope compression bolts and lifting equipment connection bolts can change the stress and movement of passive connection components, and pose a hidden danger of accidents.
3. Adjustment: During the operation of the opening and closing equipment, changes in the interrelationships and working parameters of components may occur due to looseness, wear, and other reasons. If not adjusted in a timely manner, it may cause vibration and noise, leading to accelerated wear of components. The usual adjustments include the following aspects: first, various gap adjustments. The clearance between the bearing shell, journal, and rolling bearings; The top and side clearances of gear meshing; The release gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel. The second is itinerary adjustment. Such as the release stroke of the brake, the clutch stroke of the clutch, the limit stroke of the safety limit switch, and the indication stroke of the gate opening and closing position. The third is the adjustment of elasticity. Such as adjusting the magnitude of spring elasticity. The fourth is the adjustment of working parameters. Adjustments such as current, voltage, braking torque, etc.
4. Lubrication: In the opening and closing equipment, all components with relative motion need to be well lubricated to reduce wear and extend equipment life; Reduce accident rates, save maintenance costs, and lower energy consumption, etc
