2. The newly developed edge patching machine and hole patching machine adopt a clamp plate type, with an air pump and pressure cylinder (pressurized by 0.6-0.8mm). The heating plate is cooled by a water pump for vulcanization time, and it only takes 1 hour from operation to completion.

3. The working principle is shown in the diagram:

1) The upper and lower heating plates and insulation plates are integrated;

2) The cylinder pressurization U-shaped beam is integrated;

3) Air pressure of 0.6-0.8mpa, voltage of 380V, power of 2KV, automatic control of electric control box and air pump;
