The working principle is that the dusty gas is introduced from the lower part of the simplified body in a tangential direction, rotates upward, and the dust particles are separated by centrifugal force, thrown towards the inner wall of the cylinder, and adsorbed by the water film layer flowing on the inner wall of the simplified body. It flows with the water to the bottom cone and is discharged through the dust outlet. The formation of the water film layer is achieved by several nozzles arranged at the upper part of the cylinder, which spray water tangentially onto the wall of the device. In this way, a thin water film that rotates downward is always covered on the inner wall of the simplified Chinese, achieving the goal of improving dust removal efficiency. This wet dust collector has a simple structure, low metal consumption, and low water consumption. Its disadvantages are high height, difficult layout, and the presence of water in actual operation.
