Principle
The reaction principle of desulfurization and regeneration is as follows:

Fe2S3=2FeS+S (mostly decomposed)

characteristic
1. The desulfurization device is an integrated sled installation, and all construction work is completed in the factory, which can better ensure the construction quality.
2. Dry desulfurization agent is used. Iron oxide desulfurizer with a sulfur capacity greater than 30% can absorb more H2S, and it is easy to purchase and inexpensive. After treatment, the H2S content can be reduced to below 1ppm.
3. The desulfurization tower can choose multiple operating modes, and the default working mode of two desulfurization towers is one for use and one for backup. Depending on different operating conditions, the working mode of two in series or two in parallel can also be used to obtain a larger processing capacity.
4. Install vertical fine filters to ensure the cleanliness of natural gas after desulfurization.
Application conditions and fields
• Applicable gas volume: 0.2x104Nm3/d~5x104Nm3/d
• Sulfur content after processing: less than 15mg/Nm3/h
Applicable gas source pressure: 1-25MPa
Applicable gas source temperature: 10~60 ℃
