  1. Product Overview

The hydraulic system (pump station) is an independent hydraulic device that supplies oil according to the requirements of the host and controls the direction, pressure, and flow rate of the oil flow. It is suitable for connecting the actuator (cylinder or oil motor) of the host and hydraulic device with oil pipes. Hydraulic machinery can achieve various specified actions and work cycles. The hydraulic system (pump station) is composed of a pump device, an integrated block or valve, an oil tank, and an electrical box. The functions of each component are as follows:

Pump device - equipped with organic and oil pumps, it is the power source of hydraulic (pump station), converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil.

Integrated block - It is assembled from hydraulic valves and channel bodies. It regulates the direction, pressure, and flow of hydraulic oil.

Valve combination - It is a plate valve installed on a vertical plate, connected to the pipe behind the plate, and has the same function as the integrated block.

Fuel tank - is a semi closed container welded with plates, equipped with filter screens, air filters, etc. in Shanghai. It is used for oil storage, oil cooling, and filtration.

Electrical box - divided into two forms. A terminal board for setting external leads; One is equipped with a complete set of control appliances.

  2. Working principle

The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, and the pump sucks oil from the oil tank and pumps it, converting mechanical energy into pressure energy of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is adjusted in direction, pressure, and flow by the hydraulic valve through the integrated block (or valve combination), and then transmitted to the hydraulic cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic machinery through the external pipeline, thereby controlling the direction change, force magnitude, and speed of the hydraulic press, and promoting various hydraulic unloading processes.

  3. Structural form

The structural form of hydraulic systems (pump stations) is mainly distinguished by the structural form, installation position, and cooling method of the pump device. The structural form and installation position can be divided into three types:

1. Upward vertical: The pump device is installed vertically on the fuel tank cover plate and is mainly used for quantitative pump systems.

2. Upward horizontal: The pump device is horizontally lined on the oil tank cover plate and is mainly used for variable displacement pump systems to facilitate flow regulation.

3. Side mounted: The pump device is horizontally installed on a separate foundation next to the oil tank. The side mounted type can be equipped with a backup pump, mainly used for systems with oil tank capacity greater than 250L and motor power of 7.5 kW or more.

According to the cooling method of the system (pump station), it can be divided into two types:

1. Natural cooling: cooling by heat exchange between the fuel tank itself and the air, generally used for systems with a fuel tank capacity of less than 250L

2. Forced cooling: using a cooler for forced cooling, generally used for systems with a fuel tank capacity greater than 250L
