Instrument Introduction
Every year, tens of thousands of traffic accidents are caused by drunk driving, which has been listed as the main cause of death in car accidents. According to the "Thresholds and Tests for Blood and Breath Alcohol Content of Vehicle Drivers" (GB19522-2004) issued by the State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, if the blood alcohol content of a driver is greater than or equal to 20 mg/100mL and less than 80 mg/100mL, it is considered drunk driving; A blood alcohol content greater than 80mg/100mL is considered drunk driving. In the "SF-Z JD0107001-2016 Determination of Ethanol in Blood Top Air Chromatography Method", headspace gas chromatography is listed as the standard test method for blood alcohol (ethanol) content testing.
Tate Instruments has developed a dedicated headspace gas chromatograph for blood ethanol content based on this standard, equipped with a headspace samplerFIDDetector, ethanol specific capillary chromatography column, helps users quickly detect ethanol content in blood.
Instrument characteristics
1. The configuration scheme for a dedicated gas chromatograph for blood ethanol content, equipped with a dedicated capillary chromatography column and headspace sampler (optional for semi-automatic headspace sampler and fully automatic headspace sampler).
2. New production process, redesigned the air supply path and internal structure inside the instrument, more reasonable component layout, reduced component signal interference, improved detection accuracy, and good stability and durability of the equipment.
3Adopting a 7-inch color touch screen control and a professional chromatograph UI operation interface design, it intuitively reflects the internal temperature values of the injection port, column temperature box, and detector, as well as the values of each detector, and the running time. It has a one click cooling function, and users can set their own detection conditions, making it very convenient to use.
4. The instrument has excellent repeatability. Under the experimental conditions of using an automatic sampler for injection, the repeatability error of the instrument test can reach 2%, which is better than the 3% specified by the national standard.
5. The column temperature box adopts a six channel independent temperature control system, an automatic rear door opening system, a 30 step 31 platform program heating, fast heating/cooling speed, and temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃, making the equipment capable of large-scale sample analysis.
6. It can be directly connected to the computer and operated through the PC network version chromatography workstation software (with a maximum support of 253 units) to achieve program control of the instrument's injection port, column temperature box, and detector temperature rise and fall. Under the condition that the customer is equipped with an automatic injection valve (or automatic sampler), it is possible to achieve a series of testing processes such as unmanned instrument operation, automatic temperature rise and ignition of the instrument, automatic loading method, and automatic calculation of test results, meeting the requirements of online testing.
7. The Internet of Things chromatograph technology, with built-in IP protocol stack, can upload test data to the computer of the on-site laboratory, department heads and superior leaders through the corporate LAN or the Internet, so that each department can monitor the operation of the instrument and test results in real time. It can directly connect with the manufacturer through the Internet to realize remote diagnosis of gas chromatograph, remote program update, etc.
