Product details
BetzdearDearborn DCL30 is used to remove chlorine and chlorine compounds from reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration influent.

The influent in membrane systems typically contains chlorine, which is used to prevent microbial growth before the membrane separation process. However, this chlorine reaction can also damage the surface of the oxide film, thereby damaging the three-layer composite film. The sodium bisulfite in BetzdearDearborn DCL30 can quickly inactivate chlorine, thereby preventing membrane damage.
Application:
To remove 1 ppm of total chlorine, 4.44 ppm of BetzdearDearborn DCL30 is required
