Working principle of spray purification tower: the exhaust gas outside the tower body enters the gas distributor inside the tower body, which is a device that makes full saturated contact of the vapor and liquid by using the vapor liquid exchange such as no packing in the tower and gas-liquid exchange tray. After being distributed by the gas distributor, the gas travels towards the top of the tower. During the process, it encounters the liquid atomized by the atomizer, and the gas-liquid undergoes complete saturation contact and physical absorption or chemical reaction. The neutralized or absorbed liquid enters the storage tank and is pumped away by the water pump. The neutralized or absorbed standard gas is then discharged into the atmosphere after being dehazed by the demister.

The unfilled spray FRP purification tower can be equipped with a control system composed of online gas analyzer, PH control meter, differential pressure transmitter, pressure sensor, flow sensor, conductivity meter, liquid level control meter, solenoid valve, frequency converter and control cabinet. The above control conditions are displayed on the display interface in digital form, so that the management personnel can see clearly at a glance, and there is a fault alarm, which is convenient for management and maintenance.
