Data acquisition control system
System Overview:
The data acquisition and control system adopts the mode of upper and lower computers to supervise the chemical water vapor parameters of the sampling device and automatically control the addition of ammonia to the feedwater and phosphate to the boiler water. The upper computer of the system adopts high-performance industrial control computers, and the lower computer can flexibly adopt intelligent modulesPLC, The upper computer and lower computer choose multiple communication methods according to different environments.
A、 Chemical automatic dosing control system
At the bottomAutomatic ammonia addition for water supply (on-site, soft manual operation, automatic):
in computerReal time display of feedwater conductivity, feedwater pH, feedwater flow rate, and control trend of feedwater pH on LCD, as well as display of the working status of each dosing pump. There are three control modes for ammonia addition to water supply: on-site control, remote automatic control, and remote manual control. When the system is in remote manual control, users can remotely control the start, stop, and adjust the working frequency of the dosing frequency converter of the dosing pump on the computer. When the system is in remote automatic control, the PID mathematical model automatically calculates the dosage based on the actual working conditions and outputs the calculation results to the dosing equipment.

in computerReal time display of furnace water conductivity, pH, and R value trends on the CRT screen, as well as the working status of each dosing pump. The addition of phosphate to boiler water has three control modes: on-site control, remote automatic control, and remote manual control. When the system is in remote manual control, users can remotely control the start, stop, and adjust the working frequency of the dosing frequency converter of the dosing pump on the computer. When the system is in remote automatic control, the PID mathematical model automatically calculates the dosage based on the actual working conditions and outputs the calculation results to the dosing equipment.
