This device has a wide range of applications, high efficiency, and economy. The automatic molding of foam shells replaces traditional inventory storage. The heat seal is composed of 28 molds to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment. Each paper card is fixed by multiple positioning pins and can be flexibly adjusted for different size requirements. The heat sealing station adopts a unique two-stage heat sealing form to make the finished product more sturdy and durable. The equipment is equipped with a clutch automatic shutdown device, which automatically stops working and displays an alarm in case of operational failure, greatly reducing maintenance costs and protecting the equipment.
