This machine is our company's digestion and absorption of the advanced belt filter press from the German company Fleetwerk, which has been carefully developed. It is an extraction equipment and is a key equipment related to the juice yield in the production of fruit juice and vegetable juice. It can be widely used in the juice extraction industry for berries, nuts, and various vegetables. This device adopts multi-stage bending rod pressure and multi-stage pneumatic roller pressure, with high squeezing force and high juice yield. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of high energy-saving automation, automatic feeding and discharging, continuous operation, strong universality, sufficient pressure filtration, low moisture content in the filter cake, and easy operation and maintenance. It is a high juice extraction equipment with high juice yield. The use of such juicing equipment can increase the juice extraction rate by 20-30%, and the juice extraction rate can reach 70-75% (depending on the raw materials), which can significantly reduce production costs and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.

structure characteristics

As shown in the attached schematic diagram, the machine consists of a frame, upper and lower drive shafts, deceleration drive assembly, pressure roller combination, filter press belt, cleaning belt assembly, feeding assembly, tensioning device, belt correction assembly, boosting device, safety protection device, pneumatic control device, cleaning water filtration device, etc.

Transmission: By using a high torque reducer and variable frequency speed regulation, continuous and smooth power speed regulation can be achieved.

Filter press belt: made of polyester nylon yarn woven with warp and weft, it has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, food hygiene compliance, easy juice extraction, non water absorption, high strength, etc.

Pressure roller: According to the logistics direction, the radius of the pressure roller in contact gradually decreases, the curvature gradually increases, and the L-shaped pressure roller structure is unique and reasonable. The configuration of various pressure rollers includes stainless steel pipes processed by rollers, enamel rollers, and reasonable size distribution.

The tensioning of the filter press belt: It adopts rubber air spring for automatic tensioning, which is not only stable but also avoids overload, safe and reliable. It is also equipped with pressure relay, which can automatically stop the machine safely and achieve full process automation.

Cleaning of filter press belt: Adopting a wedge-shaped (arc shaped) filter screen for automatic filtration, with slag discharge, equipped with a high-pressure pump and spray device, it is easy to clean the filter press belt while filtering, which has good juice extraction effect and saves energy.


Working principle

The refined raw materials (solid-liquid mixture) during operation are continuously fed into the hopper by a screw pump (the width of the material occupied can be adjusted), and the inner and outer annular filter belts are evenly distributed by the pressure roller driven by the driving roller. In the wedge-shaped area of the downward bend, moving in their respective circuits, the inner and outer filter belts bypass several unequal diameter squeezing rollers, and a large amount of water is slowly pressed out, forming a squeezable cake. In the pressing area, a pressure roller with an "L" shaped pressure strip presses out the water and ensures that the water is pressed out from both sides. In the future, the diameter of the pressure roller will decrease, and the filter belt will form an "S" shape, generating increasing surface pressure and shear force. Under the tension of the filter belt, the outer filter belt exerts pressure on the material to extract the juice from it. As the diameter of the squeezing roller gradually decreases, the pressure on the material between the filter belts gradually increases, and the juice is continuously discharged. In order to ensure the dehydration effect, the material is then passed around the drive roller, and there are two levels of rubber lined pressure rollers with different pressures under the squeezing roller to automatically press the filter belt, further discharging the juice in the material and improving the juice yield. After separating the inner and outer filter belts, there is a wear-resistant material scraping device that scrapes off the dehydrated filter cake (fruit residue) on the working surface of the inner and outer filter belts. (To improve the scraping effect and facilitate belt cleaning, users can choose to add brushes to further brush the residue). Our company has introduced high-pressure solid conical convex nozzles from abroad, forming a fan-shaped cross. The pressure is greater than 1MPa, and the flow rate is 4140 liters/minute, continuously flushing to maintain a continuous high-pressure effect.

During the pressing process, each of the upper and lower filter belts is equipped with a guide roller and a correction pneumatic valve. The deviation of the filter belt is automatically corrected by the push of the rubber air springs on both sides for automatic charging and discharging.


Juice extraction process

Juice extraction is divided into four steps to complete

1. Initial juice extraction: Fresh fruit pulp juice that has just been sent out of the crusher enters the machine through a speed controlled screw pump. At this point, most of the separated juice has automatically flowed out due to gravity.

2. Low pressure extraction zone: The fruit juice moves forward between two filter belts and is then transported by a large surface roller with an "L" - shaped pressure strip. There is a certain pressure between the two filter belts, and juice is extracted outward and inward through the squeezing roller in this low-pressure zone.

3. High pressure extraction zone: The pulp cake between the filter belts continues to extract juice in the "S" - shaped winding piece by the pressing roller, and the pressing roller gradually decreases while the pressure gradually increases. The secondary squeezing roller has one squeezing roller on each side, which is jointly pressurized by the pushing force of the airbag towards the upper roller, allowing the juice to be squeezed out to the maximum extent.

4. After high-pressure extraction, the fruit juice residue is discharged through a slag scraping device (to improve the scraping effect and facilitate cleaning of the squeezing belt, users can choose to add a brush to further brush the residue), and the squeezing belt is automatically cleaned by a cleaning mechanism.

Technical requirements for the whole machine

1. It should comply with the DYJ belt filter press enterprise standard and be manufactured according to the approved drawings and technical documents according to the prescribed procedures;

2. The castings in the equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2100;

3. The welded parts should be flat and smooth, without defects such as missed welding, virtual welding, cracks, etc. that affect the strength;

4. The parallelism of the axes of adjacent squeezing rollers shall not be lower than the 10th level accuracy in GB/T1184;

5. The insulation resistance of the power circuit to the frame should be greater than 2M Ω;

6. After assembly, the squeezing roller should rotate flexibly, smoothly, and without any jamming phenomenon;

7. The lifespan of the filter belt should be greater than 1500 hours;

8. The empty load test of DYJ belt filter press should meet the following requirements

① The action of emergency stop devices and electrical equipment should be accurate and reliable;

② The action of the pneumatic system should be flexible, accurate and reliable;

③ The operation of the squeezing roller should be flexible;

④ The filter belt should not be pleated, and the deviation of the filter belt from the squeezing roller should not exceed 40mm;

⑤ The noise pressure level during operation shall not exceed 85Db (A);

9. After passing the no-load test, a load test shall be conducted using apples as the material, running continuously for 4 hours, which shall meet the following requirements (as a type test):

⑥ The requirements for the filter belt should comply with the provisions of ④ in 8;

⑦ The filter belt should be cleaned thoroughly after passing through the cleaning device;

⑧ The production capacity and juice yield should comply with the above regulations;
