Principle and Characteristics:
The bag making system adopts stepper motor subdivision technology, with Chinese character display on the controller, four-way temperature control by the heat sealer, reliable photoelectric detection system, automatic printing of batch number or production date, and easy to tear cut edges on the packaged products. The measuring screw is driven by a stepper motor to achieve extremely high repeatability accuracy. All production materials are made of stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the materials are made of 316 stainless steel, which fully meets the requirements of pharmaceutical GMP.

Main purpose:
DXDF60C automatic powder packing machine is suitable for automatic packing of small bags of powder materials that are not easy to flow (such as milk powder, soybean milk powder, starch, veterinary medicine, pesticide powder, wettable powder, facial mask powder, enzyme preparation, premix, glucose, spices, spicy soup, spiced powder, spicy powder, garlic powder, essence and spice, coffee powder, seasoning powder, etc.). The shape of the packaged product is a flat bag with three or four sides sealed together. (Note: The three sided sealing shape is a conventional product, and the four sided sealing shape requires special customization of the heat sealer body.)
