The DX-3 gas purifier has three independent gas path processes. Targeted purification treatment of harmful impurities in gases. For example, to remove moisture, color changing molecular sieves and silica gel can be filled; Remove hydrocarbons and can be filled with activated carbon; Remove CO2 and can be filled with caustic soda asbestos, etc. This device can withstand a pressure of 0.4Mpa and is equipped with three gas switching valves, which can easily control the on/off of gas. The gas purifier device is easy to install and disassemble, and reliable to use. When replacing the filter (such as silicone), the user only needs to unscrew the organic glass purification tube counterclockwise under no pressure, then unscrew the top cover of the purification tube, take out the degreasing cotton, tilt out the original silicone, then replace it with new silicone (do not fill it too full), and then replace it with new degreasing cotton. Finally, tighten the upper cover and install the purification tube back onto the base, then tighten it.

If the purification substrate such as silicone fails, it needs to be aged, otherwise it will affect the gas analysis results or cause gas chromatograph failure. Newly installed gas purifiers require system leak detection; Replacing the filter or purification tube also requires system leak detection.

The outer wall of the purification tube should not come into contact with organic solvents such as acetone, chloroform, and ethanol, otherwise it may cause the tube wall to rupture.

The use and activation of commonly used purification substances:

a、 active carbon:

Before use, the purchased products should be sieved to remove small particles, soaked in benzene several times to remove sulfur, tar, and other substances, and then passed through superheated steam at 380 ° C until the milky white color disappears, and stored in a ground bottle. Before use, bake at 160 ° C for 2 hours before use.

b、 silicone

Before use, the purchased products should be sieved out of small particles, baked in an oven at 120 ° C for 6-8 hours, then naturally cooled and stored for later use.

C、 Molecular sieve:

Screen out small particles and bake at 350-580 ° C for 3-4 hours. The maximum activation temperature should not exceed 600 ° C
