Machine model: DW30CNC-6X-L customized left and right shared fully automatic pipe bending machine, controlled by industrial computer, servo pipe bending, servo feeding, servo angle, head up, down, right and right servo displacement, servo mold rotation, hydraulic drive, human-machine dialogue operation. The mobile foot switch has both starting and emergency stop functions, making it safe and reliable. Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operation modes can be freely selected. Two different bending radii can be bent into shape at once, with stable performance and high efficiency.

1、 Machine composition

This machine is mainly composed of

1. Main transmission system: Mitsubishi servo motor drive, imported toothed chain drive, high precision, strong stability.

2. Material clamping and guiding pressing mechanism: The material clamping production uses a floating slider design, without interference; The guiding material has a linear guide rail as the carrier, which is stable and reliable.

3. Auxiliary pushing device: The pneumatic cylinder drives the linear guide rail to assist in bending the pipe, synchronizing the bending with the assist, ensuring precise and smooth bending.

4. Core pulling anti wrinkle device: When it is necessary to bend pipes with small radius and high requirements, anti wrinkle modules and universal core balls can be installed to effectively prevent pipe wrinkling and deformation.

5. Angle mechanism: Mitsubishi servo motor angle, imported toothed chain transmission, no backlash, high precision. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the eight piece claw clamp to ensure that the pipe fittings do not deform or loosen.

6. Feeding mechanism: Mitsubishi servo motor feeding, gear and rack transmission, computer-set length, as desired.

7. Model changing method: Using servo, ball screw, and linear guide to smoothly change the model.

8. Left and right bending structure: There are two floating inclined sliding block seats on each side of the left and right bends. When a right bend is required, the right sliding block seat is lifted to work, and the left measuring sliding block seat sinks; When turning left, it's the opposite.

9. Zeroing device: When the machine achieves left and right bending, the servo motor rotates the mold to the zero starting position to achieve more accurate bending.

10. Electrical system: Controlled by an industrial computer, equipped with a 10 inch screen, parameters can be modified according to the needs of the workpiece. The system configuration adopts Mitsubishi from Japan, which is stable and reliable (see system configuration for details). There are emergency stop, foot switch, and bend arm touch safety switches to ensure work safety.

11. Hydraulic system: Using Taiwanese famous brand hydraulic valves, equipped with air-cooled cooling system.

2、 Machine appearance

The equipment is an integrated machine, with the hydraulic station half inside the main engine. The motor and oil pump are located outside the machine body, and the hydraulic valve is installed on the outside of the machine body to facilitate system adjustment, maintenance, and cooling of the hydraulic system. The console is connected to the machine through an industrial control socket and can be moved freely, increasing operational comfort.

The rigidity of the equipment meets the requirement of continuous operation for 12 hours for a 30X1.5 ordinary A3 round tube.

There are protective devices on both sides of the bending arm of the equipment to prevent injury if accidentally entering the operating range while the equipment is in operation.

The equipment and electrical box are equipped with fans to help dissipate heat inside the box. The wiring inside the box has oil resistance, wire number sleeves, grounding signs, etc., which are convenient for maintenance.

The equipment is equipped with an external air-cooled cooling device, which controls the oil temperature to operate within the normal range.

Suitable for pipes with interference in right bending and requiring assistance in left bending, with one clamping and one bending process to improve accuracy and stability; It can also be used as a single-mode device and can also be used separately as a right or left bending machine. The operator can freely set it to suit different pipes.
