1、 Product Overview

As a new generation of variable speed butterfly valve, this valve has changed the traditional mode of relying on mechanical speed change to complete the speed change of the butterfly plate switch from a design concept. Based on the action characteristics of different positions of the butterfly plate, a new design has been carried out from the perspective of electric drive control. This series of butterfly valves adopts the method of changing the frequency of the input current of the electric device, and then adjusting the rotation speed and output torque of the electric device, in order to control the speed of the butterfly plate switch and achieve the purpose of two-stage closing or opening of the butterfly plate in fast and slow stages. It has the same function as the hydraulic butterfly valve.

2、 Purpose:

This valve is suitable for the pump outlet position of pipelines with media of water and seawater. As a closed circuit valve with the characteristics of a check valve, it is used to avoid and reduce the backflow of media and water hammer impact in the pipeline system, and protect the pipeline. It is particularly suitable for situations where the working power supply is very reliable, such as power plants and water plants.

3、 Characteristics

1. Electric opening and closing, with arbitrary adjustment, check and cut-off functions. Easy to operate, safe and reliable.

2. This valve can continuously achieve slow opening, fast opening, fast closing, and slow closing actions, and effectively prevent the backflow of the pump outlet medium and the generation of water hammer.

3. Energy saving drive, with the same drive motor as ordinary butterfly valves, can achieve the function of fast closing high-speed small torque and slow closing low-speed large torque.

4. When installed at the pump outlet, this butterfly valve has both the functions of a check valve and a gate valve, so it can replace two valves with one valve, saving installation space and pipes

5. Low flow resistance. When the valve is fully opened, the flow resistance coefficient does not exceed 0 3. Therefore, it can save energy and reduce the operating costs of pipelines.

6. When an accident or power outage occurs, the butterfly valve can be manually operated to control its opening and closing.
