Electronic three-phase four wire (three wire) prepaid energy meter

1、 Purpose, characteristics, and scope of application

The Type series three-phase electronic prepaid energy meter (hereinafter referred to as the electric meter) complies with the GB/T17215.321-2008 and GB/T18460.3-2001 standards, and uses an advanced microcontroller processing system for data acquisition, processing, and storage. Its purpose is to measure three-phase AC active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.

Main features: Application of computer management, purchasing electricity first and then using it; The maximum operating power can be limited within the rated current range (limited by the power supply department); One meter, one card, dedicated card, no power loss after card loss, can be used after card replacement; Electric cards can transmit data bidirectionally; Can automatically power off and alert users to purchase electricity; When the battery level is zero, the power will automatically trip and cut off; And it has certain anti-theft software design, etc.

This meter is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -25 ℃ to+55 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 85%.

8、 Transportation and storage

8.1 The product should not be subjected to severe impact during transportation and unpacking, and should be transported and stored in accordance with GB/T15464-1995 "General Technical Conditions for Packaging of Instruments and Meters".

8.2 The electric energy meter should be stored in its original packaging, with an ambient temperature of -25 ℃ -+70 ℃, a relative humidity not exceeding 95%, and no corrosive gases in the air.

8.3 The storage of electric energy meters should be placed on a rack, with a stacking height of no more than 5 boxes. After unpacking, the stacking height of a single packaged electric meter should not exceed 10.

8.4 Unpackaged packaging is not easy to store.

9、 Guarantee period

Within 18 months from the date of manufacture of the electric meter, if the user complies with the requirements specified in this manual and finds that the electric meter does not meet the technical requirements with intact lead seals at the manufacturer, the manufacturer will provide free repair or replacement.

2.3 start

Under the conditions of reference voltage, reference frequency, and COS φ=1.0, the instrument should be able to continuously measure electricity with a load current of 0.004Ib (level 1) and 0.005Ib (level 2).

3、 Main structure and working principle

DTSY5188、 The DSSY5188 series three-phase electronic prepaid energy meter is a new type of instrument manufactured using imported specialized large-scale integrated circuits, 16 bit A/D conversion, digital multipliers, digital sampling processing technology, and SMT process.

3.1Working principle diagram

The electric energy meter obtains voltage sampling signals from the voltage divider, current sampling signals from the current transformer, voltage current product signals from the multiplier, and then generates a counting pulse with frequency proportional to the product of voltage and current through frequency conversion.

3.2data processing

The electric energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing through a photoelectric coupler, and after calculation, it is stored in a non-volatile EEPROM. The information system is managed by a computer, and through an IC card reader/writer, a certain amount of electricity and monitoring requirements are written into the IC card input table of the microprocessor system. After being processed by the CPU, it provides display, alarm, and cut-off status signals.

4、 Installation and use

4.1 The electricity meter has been inspected and qualified before leaving the factory, and sealed with a lead seal before installation and use. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, relevant departments should be asked to re verify and seal it before installation and use.

4.2 The electric meter should be installed vertically and not tilted in a dry and ventilated place. The bottom plate for installing the electric meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall. The height of the electric meter is about 1.8 meters.

4.3 Connect the wires according to the circuit diagram, tighten the wiring screws, and secure one end of the connecting plate inside the twisting box.

4.4The reading of an electric meter connected through a transformer must be multiplied by the transformation ratio to obtain the actual amount of electrical energy.

4.5 One table, one card: The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. In case of loss, a replacement card should be purchased from the power supply department (i.e. the electricity sales office).

4.6 Preparation for purchasing electricity: Users must insert the IC card into the card slot once to facilitate the return of data from the meter to the computer database.

4.7 Electricity purchase method: When selling electricity, insert the IC card into the IC card reader and operate the computer to encrypt the user ID, pre purchased electricity, capacity limit method, and limited power into the IC card.

4.8Electricity card usage: Insert the purchased electricity card into the card slot. If it is a valid card, the electricity meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The LCD display screen will show the purchased electricity amount, total purchased electricity amount, number of electricity meter readings, alarm electricity amount, credit limit, and limited capacity power in sequence. Then retrieve the card and store it properly.

4.9 Operation display: During the operation of the electricity meter, the LCD screen alternately displays the remaining electricity and total electricity consumption in the meter.

4.10 Overcapacity alarm: During the operation of the electricity meter, if the "alarm indicator light" flashes rapidly, it warns the user that the electricity has been used beyond the capacity; If the user is set to the over capacity power-off limit mode, after 30 seconds of over capacity power consumption, the switch will be turned off for 3 minutes and the restoration time will be displayed in a countdown mode (180 seconds); If the user inserts the card and responds, the power supply can be immediately restored.

4.11 Accumulation limit: If the purchased electricity+remaining electricity>accumulated electricity (10000kWh), then purchase

The battery level is not read in, the display shows a "remaining limit" prompt, and the battery level in the card is still valid.

4.12 Warning reminder: When the remaining battery level in the meter is less than twice the "alarm battery level", the "alarm indicator light" will flash (with an interval of 1 second) to remind the user to purchase electricity. At this time, if the user responds by inserting a card, the "alarm indicator light" will flash at an interval of 2 seconds to avoid power outage warnings.

4.13 Power outage warning: If the user does not respond by inserting the card during the warning reminder, when the remaining power is the user's agreed alarm power (or 10% of the purchased power), the electricity meter will turn off the power warning and display a "turn off" prompt. At this time, inserting the IC card into the card slot once will restore power supply. If the IC card of this meter cannot be found after pulling the switch, you can borrow a neighbor's IC card to insert it and restore power supply.

4.14 Power purchase reminder: When the remaining power in the meter is less than the "alarm power", the "alarm indicator light" will remain on as a constant reminder.

4.15 Fault declaration: When the remaining power is displayed as zero or negative, a "trip" prompt will be displayed. If the meter continues to operate, the user should immediately purchase electricity and proactively report the situation to the power supply department.
