American Distributed Technology Corporation (DTI) focuses on scientific instrument business for characterizing heterogeneous systems The instrument developed by DTI based on the principle of ultrasonic method is mainly used to characterize particle size distribution, zeta potential, rheological parameters, solid content, porosity, including CMP slurry, nano dispersion system, ceramic slurry, battery slurry, cement family, drug emulsion, etc. in the original concentrated dispersion system, and can be applied to porous solids.

The particle size and concentration are measured using the loss effects caused by sound absorption, dissipation, and scattering generated by the interaction between sound and particles during the propagation of ultrasound in a continuous phase containing particles. The Zeta potential of the colloidal system is measured using multi frequency electroacoustic measurement technology. For samples with a concentration of up to 50% by volume, direct measurement can be performed without sample dilution or pretreatment. Even paste, gel, cement and other materials that are difficult to measure with other instruments can be directly measured with Zeta Probe.

1. Installation and debugging of instruments:

After the instrument arrives at the user's site, the manufacturer will dispatch engineers from Beijing, Shanghai, or Guangzhou to install and debug it.

2. Instrument acceptance: After installation and commissioning, use standard substances or samples for acceptance.

3. Application training:

After the installation and acceptance of the instrument, the seller shall provide on-site training for the user's personnel to enable them to independently operate the machine.

4. Maintenance services:

The shelf life is 12 months after the acceptance of the instrument.

2. Respond within 24 hours after receiving user repair reports; If the instrument malfunction is confirmed, the engineer will arrive on site within 48 hours for repair.
