The testing machine adopts an AC servo speed control system; Adopting advanced chip integration technology and a professionally designed data acquisition, amplification, and control system, the experimental force, displacement, and A/D conversion process have achieved fully digital adjustment. The microcomputer controlled control software can automatically obtain the required technical indicators and conventional data of the spring, and can automatically calculate the force, stress, displacement, deformation and other data results of any specified point during the test process.

This series of microcomputer controlled spring tension compression testing machines meets the requirements of GB/T2611-92 and JB/T7796-2005, and is mainly used for mechanical performance testing of spiral cylindrical springs and various elastic components. The testing machine adopts a fully digital servo motor and driver, and is driven by a high-efficiency synchronous toothed belt and precision ball screw. The whole machine has good rigidity, precise transmission, and stable operation. Realize the display of test force, displacement (deformation), spring stiffness curves, various related controls and data processing, report printing, etc.

The operation of the software adopts an intelligent mode expert setting system, which can formulate control modes for experimental methods according to one's own needs. It has three control modes: load, displacement, and deformation, and can achieve experiments such as constant stress, constant displacement, and constant rate load cycles. It can also achieve impact free switching between the two control modes, fully realizing closed-loop control.
