The model has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and small footprint, effectively saving civil engineering costs. At the same time, it has the characteristics of low energy consumption and low noise, avoiding the disadvantages of high power consumption and maintenance costs in centrifugal dewatering machines, as well as the large and complex structure of old belt machines with frequent maintenance. It has low energy consumption, low speed, and low noise, with a noise value of ≤ 75dB (A).

Technical aspects

Automatic cylinder correction system, preventing filter cloth from deviating, safety deviation alarm device and limit deviation control, improving the service life and maintenance cost of filter cloth. The sludge dewatering zone adopts a 6-8 degree angle, and the length of the wedge-shaped zone is extended, which effectively controls the uniformity of the sludge before entering the pressing zone. The free water on the surface of the sludge is further removed, and the sludge cake is uniform, achieving better results in the pressing zone.

Our dehydrator uses high-quality filter cloth and P.E.X polyester fiber monofilament weaving. High quality brands are used for bearings, pneumatic components, electrical components, and motors.
