The differential adopts electro-hydraulic control and has three working states: automatic, closed, and forced combination. When working on farmland, the differential is in automatic engagement mode. When the front wheel deviates and turns, the differential automatically unlocks, and when driving straight, it is in engagement mode again. This function prevents relative slippage of the locomotive's rear wheels and maximizes the output of traction force.
The gearbox adopts synchronizer shifting, with 16 forward gears and 16 (8) reverse gears or 12 forward gears and 12 reverse gears. The gear distribution is reasonable and the agricultural adaptability is strong. The gear shows continuous growth, enabling effective power output and meeting the speed requirements of various agricultural machinery operations.
In the future, the company will focus on introducing advanced load shifting transmission systems from abroad, digesting and absorbing advanced technology, and controlling the cost-effectiveness of products to produce the "Dimachi" load shifting series tractors. At the same time, this is also a project encouraged by the Chinese government, and government subsidies have been clearly increased to guide and encourage technology development projects.
Tractors are mainly composed of diesel engines, chassis, electrical equipment, etc. The diesel engine is the power unit of the tractor. The "Dimachi" series tractor adopts the well-known domestic enterprises Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. and Weichai Power Co., Ltd.'s non road national III engine, which has the characteristics of strong power and large torque reserve. The front axle, gearbox, rear axle, and hydraulic system adopt European manufacturing technology, with high material strength of components and large overload reserve coefficient. The front axle is equipped with a deflection angle sensor and works in conjunction with the rear differential lock. The front axle failure rate is zero, and there are no major faults in the transmission and rear axle.
