Detailed introduction of DMC series single machine pulse bag dust collector
The DMC series single machine pulse bag filter adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5~0.7MPa) high flow pulse valve to blow and clean the dust one by one through the filter bags. It has the advantages of small volume, large processing air volume, compact structure, and easy use. The structure mainly consists of a fan, a box, an ash discharge device, a control system, etc., all of which are placed inside a circular steel plate welded box. It is painted for rust prevention, has a beautiful appearance, a scientific structure, and is easy and reliable to operate. Widely used in mining, electric furnace smelting, machinery manufacturing, chemical products, cement and building materials, grain processing and other industrial and mining enterprises for warehouse top, warehouse bottom, belt conveyor and local dust source dust removal.
Working principle of DMC series single machine pulse bag dust collector:
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean gas chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to continuously rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa, the DMC series single machine pulse bag filter can continue to work, and the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly removed. Dust cleaning is a process in which the pulse valve is activated by the program controller in a timed sequence to compress air (0.5~0.7MPa) inside the air bag. The compressed air (referred to as primary air) is then blown out through the holes of the blowing tube and induced into the filter bag through the Venturi tube. The surrounding air (referred to as secondary air), which is several times the primary air, rapidly expands in an instant and is shaken off by the opposite direction of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.

b. The gas consumption in the table refers to the situation when the factory supplies gas centrally. If an air compressor is used separately, the gas consumption in the table should be increased by 1.5 times.
c. The air consumption listed in the compressed air consumption column refers to the larger air consumption of the equipment model.
