usage method:

1. First, press the reset switch to reset the zero point.

2. After resetting, if there is a gap between the pointer and the zero position, rotate the large dial to make the zero position completely match the zero point.

3. When measuring, the force should be applied slowly and in a direction parallel to the object being measured.

4. When there is relative displacement between the instrument and the measured surface, the displayed friction coefficient is the static friction coefficient of the measured surface.

5. DMAR Ⅰ friction coefficient tester can automatically lock the maximum value during measurement.

6. If the maximum value does not need to be measured, you can press the reset switch and rotate it counterclockwise by 60 degrees.

7. Instrument correction method: After using the instrument for a period of time, use 400 # sandpaper to polish the rubber block at the bottom of the instrument, and then correct the instrument by measuring the wet friction coefficient of the ground glass. Generally, the instrument should be tested three times, and when the test results are 0.75 ± 0.05, the instrument can continue to be used.
