3. Installation of DJF-1 electric foot pedal dual-purpose fan
3.1. Before installation, carefully inspect the connection parts of the ventilation fan and whether there is any rubbing between the blades and the casing. Correct the gap size between the air outlet and the impeller according to the diagram, and keep it in a horizontal position.
3.2. If the frame is packed in bulk, the bulk parts should be assembled into the frame according to the DJF-1 type fan external dimension diagram first. Then, the frame and the speed increasing box should be fixed in place at a total of (11) points according to the anchor bolt dimensions shown in the diagram. Try to make the two axes concentric and install them on the "hinge coupling" at their connection for promotion. Then follow the user manual for maintenance and trial operation of the electric and pedal changing working conditions (with the working condition changing handle set on the side of the gearbox).
4. Maintenance and upkeep of DJF-1 electric foot pedal dual-purpose fan

c. Check the structure of the bracket for rust, damage, or missing fasteners.
d. Gearbox maintenance: Open the gearbox to check the lubricating oil. If it has deteriorated, pour it out and add new No. 120 engine oil; If the oil level is insufficient, add it to the oil level and level it with the lower surface of the shaft. Then run slowly by a person to check for any rubbing or collision sounds. If there is no malfunction, four people should run it simultaneously for 5 minutes. If there is a malfunction, repair or replace the parts in a timely manner.
