1、 Product specifications and parameters

2、 Box characteristics:
The DHG series desktop air drying oven is a series of products with five specifications of capacity: 30, 50, 70, 140, and 240 liters.
2. The outer shell of the drying oven is made of steel plate surface baked paint, and the working room is made of general galvanized steel plate or mirror stainless steel plate. The working room is equipped with shelves made of two layers of stainless steel wire, and the middle layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool for insulation.
3. The box door adopts double-layer tempered glass as an observation window, which can clearly observe the items inside the box. The connection between the studio and the box door is equipped with a heat-resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure the sealing between the studio and the box door.
4. The power switch, power indicator light, air door adjustment knob, temperature controller and other operating components of the drying oven are all concentrated at the control panel in front of the box, located on the left front side of the box. The heating and constant temperature system inside the box mainly consists of an electric motor equipped with a centrifugal impeller, an electric heater, a reasonable air duct structure, and a temperature controller.
5. When the power supply of the drying oven is turned on and the fan switch is turned on, the electric motor starts running, directly discharging the heat generated by the electric heater located at the rear of the oven through the air duct upwards. After drying the items in the working chamber, it is sucked into the fan for continuous circulation, thereby achieving uniform temperature in the working chamber.
6. Intelligent temperature controller with automatic wind speed adjustment function. During the heating process, the motor runs at high speed and automatically adjusts to low speed operation when the temperature approaches a constant level, thereby reducing usage problems caused by too fast wind speed. Users can also cancel this function through simple operations.
