1、 Equipment features
Salt spray test is an artificial simulation of salt spray environment, which has significant advantages compared with exposure test under atmospheric conditions: the corrosive environment can be controlled, and the environmental reproducibility is good; The experimental time has been significantly shortened; Saved a lot of manpower, financial resources, and material resources. Its development and promotion have been rapid, evolving from the initial simple neutral salt spray test to various forms such as acetate salt spray test, copper salt accelerated acetate salt spray test, and alternating salt spray test. China has adopted salt spray testing as a national standard and provided detailed regulations and explanations.
Salt spray corrosion testing equipment uses salt containing solutions or acidic salt containing solutions to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products in a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproducing the degree of damage suffered by materials or products within a certain time range. Equipment can be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of materials and their protective layers, as well as to compare the process quality of similar protective layers. It can also be used to assess the salt spray corrosion resistance of certain products.
The equipment can reach any temperature point between room temperature and 50 ℃ in the experimental workspace and maintain a constant temperature. Conduct salt spray corrosion tests on materials or products within a specified volume of the box, with constant temperature and relative humidity. The material used to manufacture this equipment is imported corrosion-resistant PVC plastic sheet, which does not react with salt containing solutions or acidic salt containing solutions and does not affect the test results. In the design work of this equipment, the internal and external pressure is balanced, and the salt spray can freely settle inside the box and be adjusted to the range specified by national standards.

3、 Spare parts and technical data

fourTest box structure
1. Both the inner and outer shells are made of imported 6-10mm PVC plastic sheets, which are softened at high temperatures and then cooled using a special mold to form a shape. The joints between the sheets are milled into 90 degree right angles, and then filled with plastic welding wire melted by a high-temperature welding gun. After cooling, the welds are more firm, and the joints of the entire box are smooth and flat, with a compact box structure and a bright appearance.

2. The spray mode of this equipment is to place the embedded glass non crystallization nozzle in a round plastic tube, guide the spray through the tower tube, and then disperse it to the inside of the laboratory through the conical diffuser. The fog diffuses evenly and settles freely in the test box. The four sides are completely consistent in terms of falling and receiving fog, and there are a large number of test pieces placed.

3. The brine before spray is injected into the preheating tank through the brine storage tank (on the left side of the equipment, the capacity can be designed according to the customer's requirements), preheated, and then led into the spray tower. The temperature fluctuation of the studio after constant temperature is smaller. The storage container adopts a hidden water level gauge, which is easy to clean and not easy to break.
4. The temperature inside this series of test chambers is heated by bottom water, which makes the temperature inside the chamber more uniform and stable.
5. The heating element adopts titanium heating tube, which is salt resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life.
6. The box cover is made of imported 6-10mm PVC transparent board, and the switch of the box cover is convenient and easy. Adopting a water sealed structure to ensure that salt spray does not overflow.
7. The box cover adopts an angle of 110o to 120o to ensure that condensed water does not drip onto the specimen, and the box body is equipped with pressure balance holes and condensate discharge holes.
