2、 Usage:
Hold the middle part of the instrument and gently place the hardness tester on a flat specimen (or test piece) larger than the instrument. When the hardness tester comes into stable contact with the specimen, the reading should be taken within 1 second. At this time, the data displayed on the screen is the hardness value of the tested specimen (test piece). In order to measure accuracy, the average value of the measurement results is taken, which is the hardness value of the sample material.

3、 Sample and adjustment
(1) The thickness of the sample should be between 30mm and 50mm: when the thickness is less than 30mm, two pieces can be stacked on top of each other, but the contact surface should be smooth and flat, and the total thickness should still comply with the sample thickness regulations.
(2) The sample size should be greater than 100mm in both length and width.
After using the hardness tester, remove the battery and place it in a dry place to prevent moisture.
