1、 Using the heat collection heating method, the heated container is completely exposed to strong thermal radiation, and the heating speed is three times that of other flat heating magnetic stirrers. Uniform temperature, high efficiency, more suitable for heating reactions in spherical flasks.

2、 The main components of this machine are made of excellent materials, and the motor is a high-power DC motor with high stirring torque and low noise. Specially made stainless steel heating tube is aged for 24 hours at a high temperature of 800C. Insulation resistance>1000, safe and reliable during dry burning. The magnet steel uses the strongest magnetic force "neodymium iron" permanent magnet as the rotor to ensure sufficient suction and torque.

3、 The structure is reasonable, and the heat collection pot is made of high-quality stainless steel stamping, combined with special heating tubes and high-temperature resistant seals. It can add water (water bath), oil (oil bath), and dry burn, which is also the main advantage of this machine. The heating part is isolated from the electrical box by a heat dissipation plate, and under high-temperature heating and stirring, it does not affect the electrical performance of the whole machine. The DF-101S integrated heat collecting magnetic stirrer is based on the DF-101B and adds two models: high-precision time proportional digital temperature controller and intelligent digital temperature display. It can be set freely and automatically maintains a constant temperature, making it more convenient and intuitive to use. The temperature control accuracy is high, accurate and reliable.

The DF-101S split type heat collecting magnetic stirrer adds the function of separating the pot body and magnetic stirrer on the basis of the DF-101S. It can be used separately, half for oil bath heating and half for magnetic stirrer (without heating), without interfering with each other.
