DDZY-1521 Cost Controlled Prepaid Energy Meter
1. Overview
Single phase cost controlled intelligent energy meter is used to measure AC single-phase active energy with a rated frequency of 50Hz, achieving the management function of paying before using electricity.
This product is manufactured using internationally advanced specialized ultra large scale integrated circuits and SMT technology. Key components are made of internationally renowned brands of low-power and long-life devices. The overall design adopts various anti-interference technologies to improve the reliability and service life of the product. The data display adopts a large screen Chinese LCD for easy meter reading.
This product can directly and accurately measure the positive and negative active power, and perform multi rate measurement based on the corresponding rate settings. It can store the total energy and energy data for each rate for up to 12 settlement days. It has event recording function. Supports 14 annual time zones, 8 daily time slots, 14 daily time slots, and 4 different rates. It also has infrared, RS485 communication functions, carrier/wireless communication, and can achieve remote meter reading. The communication protocol follows DL/T645-2007. Its performance indicators comply with GB/T 17215.321-2008 and GB/T18460.3-2001 standards.
The electric energy meter consists of two main functions: one is the electric energy metering part, and the other is the microprocessor control part. The electric energy metering part uses a shunt multiplication circuit to generate a pulse sequence indicating the amount of electricity used, which is sent to the microprocessor for electric energy metering. The microprocessor transmits data through the electric card interface to achieve various control functions.
