Technical features

Equipped with empty bag blowing function and built-in and external dust removal interfaces.
When starting the packaging, simply touch the travel switch lightly.
After packaging, it will automatically detach from the bag clamp and hanging mechanism without any other operation.
Integrating coarse and fine feeding functions, effectively solving the speed and accuracy requirements during the packaging process.
For packaging bags of different weights during the packaging process, they can be automatically peeled, reset to zero, and have automatic data correction function to ensure accuracy requirements.
When it is required to detect whether the material contains metal particles, a metal detection alarm or a metal alarm removal machine can be installed at the feed inlet.
After the packaging bag automatically falls, it can be transported to the next process by a free roller conveyor, power roller conveyor, or belt conveyor.
It can be equipped with shaking bag function or flexibly adjust the height of the bag clamp and hook according to requirements.
The system has two operating modes, automatic or manual, and can be switched freely.
In manual mode, the feeding amount can be operated arbitrarily.
