1、 Correct selection of diaphragm

When placing an order, users must specify the properties of the conveying medium so that different diaphragms can be equipped at the factory. Generally, there are several types of diaphragms:

1. Ding Qing diaphragm; Mainly used in oil resistant applications.

2. chloroprene rubber 5031 # specially made by our unit, mainly used for resistance to acetone and various acids and alkalis.

3. Fluororubber 6021 # is specially made by our unit and is mainly used for high temperatures of 150 ℃. It is resistant to formaldehyde and corrosion. But the price is higher than other membranes.

4. Food rubber, specifically designed for conveying food and beverages.

2、 Precautions

1. It is strictly prohibited to install valves at the outlet of stainless steel electric diaphragm pumps. If valves are necessary, they must be installed; To install safety valves at the outlet, the working pressure should not exceed 4 kilograms to avoid losses.

2. It is necessary to refuel in a timely manner to maintain the normal operation of the lubrication system.

3. The ambient temperature of the stainless steel electric diaphragm pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the motor temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.

4. The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material.

When transporting liquids that are prone to precipitation and crystallization, the accumulated material inside the electric diaphragm pump should be cleaned and drained in a timely manner after use to avoid damage when restarted.
