DB-MCAThe series pulse dust collector is a small bag dust collector redesigned by our factory after digesting and absorbing the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. This series of products adopts the pulse blowing dust cleaning method, which has the advantages of good dust cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, long filter bag service life, low maintenance workload, safe and reliable operation, etc. This series of products is widely used for dust removal, purification, and material recovery of non fibrous industrial dust in various industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, medicine, and mining.

DB-MCAThe structure and working principle of the series

1)Mechanical structure:DB-MCAThe series pulse bag filter mainly consists of a filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, flap valve, pulse jet cleaning device, electrical control box, etc. The box is welded with steel plates, and the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips.

2DB-MCAWorking principle of series pulse bag filter: The dusty gas enters the filtering chamber through the ash hopper (or lower open flange), and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or machine compartment. The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas passes through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber and is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay (or micro differential pressure controller) outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valves are opened one by one, allowing compressed air to blow and clean the dust bag through the nozzle, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper or machine compartment. The dust is discharged through the flap valve, and the spraying only cleans the dust filter bags one by one. The other dust filter bags that are not sprayed are still filtered normally without stopping the main fan.
