This indicator will not be affected by external factors such as weather and season when testing sugar content and hardness. It is also a more convenient method for determining the sugar content, hardness, and acidity of fruits. Especially when judging the maturity of fruits during storage, the detection information of this instrument has important reference value.

This instrument directly detects the chlorophyll content in fruits, such as apples, pears, peaches, mangoes, kiwis, cherries, etc. By detecting their chlorophyll content, their maturity can be determined. Fruits of different maturity levels have different hardness and sugar levels, which can be applied to fruit picking, storage, sales, and research fields.
