D. The DG, DF, and DM series multi-stage centrifugal pumps are all installed horizontally, with the inlet of the D-type pump facing horizontally and the outlet facing vertically upwards. The inlet and outlet directions of DG and DF pumps are both vertically upward. The DF import direction can also be horizontal. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balance plate, and only D, DG, DF3-40 are symmetrical structures, which automatically balance the axial force. The pump shaft seal is a soft packing seal or mechanical seal.
