YZG type cylindrical vacuum dryer

The YZG vacuum dryer can be widely used for drying heat sensitive materials such as powders, granules, pellets, pastes, etc. in industries such as medicine, food, light industry, and chemical industry. It can also be used for drying materials that require solvent recovery.
The YZG vacuum dryer has the following structural characteristics:
·Non polluting materials, the heating adopts a tubular pipe rack made of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel tube. The lower part of the pipe rack is equipped with rollers, and a mobile bracket car can be used to freely move the pipe rack out of the cylinder body for brushing and cleaning the inner wall of the cylinder and the heating pipe rack.
·The dryer door is equipped with four positioning bolts, making the opening and closing of the door quick and easy.
·The rear of the cylinder is equipped with a light hole, and there are two mirrors on the door, so that the operation can be observed comprehensively and clearly.
·The specially designed slider safety device installed on the cylinder ensures the safety of the dryer even in the event of steam leakage from the heating tube when the vacuum pump stops working.
·Compared with the traditional square box vacuum oven used in China, the YZG vacuum dryer has made significant technological progress.
