The interior and exterior of the test chamber are made of 316L stainless steel plates, and the solution water tank is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant PP plates. The baking process uses well-known brand far-infrared baking lamps, with adjustable light intensity and adjustable cycle soaking and baking time. The immersion basket lifting adopts automatic control by cylinder and solenoid valve, with adjustable speed and height, ensuring smooth lifting of the sample and reliable working performance.
Cyclic Immersion Corrosion Test ChamberAs one of the artificial climate corrosion test chambers, it is designed according to the TB/T2375-1993 Railway Weathering Steel Periodic Immersion Corrosion Test Method and GB/T19746-2005 "Corrosion Salt Solution Immersion Test for Harmony". It is a corrosion test chamber that simulates atmospheric corrosion environment. It is suitable for corrosion testing of various materials and protective film layers such as paint coatings. Reliable accelerated simulation of the corrosion effect of test specimens in environments such as saltwater immersion, wet dry alternation, and infrared lamp radiation baking, to assess the adaptability and reliability of products, product components, raw materials, etc. in this climate environment
The heating adopts dry burning and corrosion-resistant titanium electric heating tubes, high-precision temperature sensors, and high-precision PID temperature controllers, with accurate temperature control and small temperature fluctuations. The box is equipped with multi-layer tempered glass visual observation windows, which can clearly observe the internal sample status at any time.
Stainless steel centrifugal fan blades and high-speed extended stainless steel shaft motor, with a bottom inlet and top outlet circulating air duct design to ensure uniform temperature and humidity inside the box. The periodic test is conducted using a lifting sample rack, and the soaking and baking time of the cycle can be adjusted arbitrarily, ensuring smooth and reliable lifting and lowering of the specimens.

3、 Equipment configuration
1. Adopting cylinder lifting, the cylinder shaft is protected from corrosion by corrosion-resistant materials.
2. Automatically control speed and height to ensure smooth lifting of the sample.

4. All lifting devices are made of corrosion-resistant PP material and SUS 316 # stainless steel material.
5. The lifting device ensures no shaking during the lifting and landing process.
