Device usage:
The material is evenly spread on the mesh belt through a feeder, and there is a drag transmission device that moves on the dryer. The transmission components are made of stainless steel mesh belts or stainless steel punched chain plates, which have the advantage of very high heat dissipation and almost vertical penetration of heat flow through the material. Therefore, they are in contact with the material between the upper and lower layers of the air medium, and the upper layer is in contact with high-temperature airflow and high moisture content material, enabling rapid dehydration. The middle part is a room temperature airflow, which allows the material to dry in the later stage. The bottom layer is a room temperature airflow that can protect the original color of the material, thus meeting the characteristic requirements of many food, industrial, and farm material drying processes.
