LWRE cross roller anti creep linear guide is a type of anti creep cross roller guide that can smoothly move in a straight line with extremely high precision. It has a new shape structure, higher precision, higher bearing capacity, better rigidity, and longer service life. Equipped with a small gear rail and gear rail mechanism developed and designed by our company, it prevents misalignment of the retainer and is suitable for high-speed, high-frequency operation and Z-axis vertical use.
Anti creep rail material
Swissberger cross rails are typically made of GCR15 (AISI52100) bearing steel with a hardness between HRC58 and HRC62. There is also a special anti-corrosion model called SUS440 material, with a hardness between HRC58 and HRC60. In addition, SKH-9 high-speed steel material can be customized with a hardness between HRC65-68.
