Instructions for using a counter (tachometer)

The counter (tachometer) can receive two pulse signals, which are processed by hardware and analyzed and filtered by the microcontroller software inside the counter (tachometer) before being sent to the digital display. There are two display states for the counter (tachometer), namely automatic state and fixed-point state. When the counter (tachometer) is in automatic state, the automatic indicator light on the panel lights up, and in conjunction with the channel A indicator light or B indicator light, the display window displays the counter (tachometer) of channel A or B in a cyclic manner, with a conversion period of about 5 seconds. When the A indicator light is on, it displays the A channel count (speed); When the B indicator light is on, it displays the B channel count (speed).

When the counter (tachometer) is in a fixed point state, the fixed point indicator light is on, and in conjunction with the channel A indicator light or indicator light B, it can display the count (tachometer) of channel A or channel B at a fixed point.

The counting (speed) meter is powered on and in a fixed-point state, displaying the count (speed) value of channel A. Press the "Function" button on the panel to switch from "fixed-point display of channel A" to "fixed-point display of channel B", and then press the "Function" button to switch from "fixed-point display of channel B" to "automatic cyclic display of channels A and B." The three states can be switched between each other through the "Function" button, allowing for the selection of the display state according to actual needs.

According to user requirements, the counter (tachometer) can also be upgraded to input two pulse signals as one pulse signal acquisition, that is, inputting a standard square wave signal of 100Hz, the counter (tachometer) actually displays only 3000 revolutions per minute instead of 6000 revolutions per minute, which is helpful for the accuracy of low-speed measurements.

When the input signal is greater than 50000 revolutions per minute, the counter (tachometer) displays "-", indicating that the upper limit of the measuring range of the counter (tachometer) has been exceeded, and attention should be paid to the operating condition of the system.
