Underground sewage treatment equipment is a modular and efficient sewage biological treatment device, which is a sewage biological treatment system with biofilm as the purification main body. It fully utilizes the characteristics of biofilm reactors such as anaerobic biofilter and contact oxidation bed, such as high biological density, strong pollution resistance, low power consumption, stable operation, and easy maintenance, making the system have a wide range of application prospects and promotion value
Below is the operation sequence of buried sewage treatment equipment:
1. Open the inlet valve and outlet valve, start the equipment's inlet lifting water pump, and transport the sewage from the regulating tank to the buried sewage treatment equipment;
2. When using and debugging for the first time, stop the water pump from entering when the water level reaches 1/2 of the height of the equipment, open the inlet valve of the fan, turn on the fan, slowly open the outlet valve of the fan, and aerate the contact oxidation tank for 48 hours before starting the inlet lifting water pump to add sewage to 3/4 of the equipment, and then aerate the tank for 24 hours;
3. Touch the filling material with your hand to see if it feels sticky, and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water until a layer of orange yellow biofilm grows on the filling material. Only then can sewage be continuously transported to the equipment, and the water volume should gradually increase to the design water volume;
4. Regularly observe the growth of microorganisms in the water, and if any abnormalities are found, promptly control the inflow and adjust it accordingly;
5. Observe the flow state of the secondary sedimentation tank, and ensure that the water collection in the outlet weir is uniform. Generally, sludge must be discharged every 24 hours. When discharging sludge, open the discharge solenoid valve and use air lift to lift the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank to the sludge tank;
6. Add disinfectants (such as chlorine chips) to the disinfection tank as needed, and the water from the secondary sedimentation tank passes through the disinfectant dispensing basket, partially dissolving the chemicals to achieve the purpose of disinfection. After the treated water stays in the clean water tank for about 0.5 hours, it meets the discharge requirements and can be discharged into the external water body;
7. After the equipment debugging is completed and runs normally, the system can enter automatic operation. Switch the operation of the water pump and fan to automatic mode on site. As the electrical control cabinet uses PLC automatic control program, it has been programmed before the equipment leaves the factory (usually switched once per shift), and there is no need to set it separately during operation;
8. The effluent quality should be periodically tested according to environmental discharge requirements to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
If any abnormal situation is found during the operation of the buried sewage treatment equipment, please stop the machine in time for treatment.
