The double cone mattress testing machine is used to test the long-term ability of bedding to resist cyclic loads. The double cone mattress testing machine consists of manually adjustable double hemispherical impact heads on the shaft. The force sensor is located on the pressure head to measure the force applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric wheel, which can rotate at a variable speed of up to 160 cycles per minute through an electric motor.
