The AOTSI-6270-1 continuous condensation water test chamber is designed in accordance with GB/T 13893-2008 "Determination of Moisture Resistance of Paints and Varnishes - Continuous Condensation Method" (equivalent to ISO 6270 Part 1) and ASTM D 4585 requirements, to evaluate the moisture resistance of coatings, coating systems, and similar products in high humidity environments with continuous condensation. This testing method specifies a continuous condensation performance test that may occur on the surface of coatings under harsh exposure conditions. It is suitable for coating systems including porous substrates (such as wood, gypsum, and paper faced gypsum board) and non porous substrates (such as metal), and can reveal coating failure (including bubbles, stains, softening, wrinkling, and embrittlement) as well as substrate failure phenomena.
This instrument uses 100% condensing humidity to simulate and accelerate damage to metals, coatings, and organic materials caused by dew. Increasing the temperature of condensed water will cause damage to the dew more quickly than natural exposure. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, and high reproducibility of experimental results.
In the AOTSI-6270-1 continuous condensation water test chamber, temperature and humidity can be invisible dewdrops or continuously flowing hot condensation water. The AOTSI-6270-1 continuous condensate test chamber can be set with a drying cycle to remove osmotic pressure, or it can accelerate moisture erosion by increasing the condensation temperature.
