Equipment working principle
The constant pressure water replenishment device adopts microcomputer frequency conversion technology. By connecting the stable flow compensation system and fully enclosed mechanism in series with the system pipeline network, and overcoming the adverse effects on the pipeline network, the water and electricity working pressure is first set according to the actual situation. The actual pressure of the outlet pipe is monitored and compared with the set pressure. If the actual pressure is higher than the set pressure, the frequency converter frequency is reduced, otherwise the frequency converter frequency is increased. The industrial control microcomputer detects the pressure of the pipeline network with fast calculation speed, and can instantly adjust the speed to maintain the pipeline pressure at the set value.
At the same time, in the water circulation system: on the one hand, there are a large amount of gases that, if not removed, can easily cause gas blockages, resulting in poor circulation and uneven heating and cooling of local or entire systems, as well as damage to equipment and pipelines; On the other hand, the oxygen contained in water causes corrosion, perforation, and leakage of end devices such as heating (cooling) equipment, pipelines, and steel radiators, directly affecting the safety of the entire system. The degassing equipment in this unit is based on the principle of Henry's law, which states that a certain amount of gas is dissolved in water at a certain temperature and pressure. When the temperature increases or the pressure decreases, the dissolved gas in the water will decrease; Without changing the water temperature, a vacuum is generated through the equipment to release free and dissolved gases in the water, which are then discharged from the system through an automatic exhaust valve. The unsaturated water after degassing will absorb the gas in the system and seek gas water equilibrium. This cycle removes gas from the system water, ensuring stable and safe operation of the system.
